About Us

Our Ethics - We value and support green initiatives, sourcing a lot of our foods from organic and FairTrade suppliers and buying from local producers.

Our Food - We seek out the finest quality foods with a preference for locally grown, seasonal fruit and vegetables. 95% of our food is made on the premises and we have a range of gluten free and vegan dishes on our menu. We do not use a microwave oven for any of our cooking.

Our Water - Our water system is filtered and this is used in our drinks and soups.

Our Energy - We have chosen electricity as our only means of power and source it from the Good Energy company who ensure it is 100% renewable.

Our Recycling - We use eco-friendly cleaning products and use recycled paper from the Frogmore Mill. We make our own compost and recycle our plastic, cans, tins, bottles, cardboard and paper.

Our Support - We support the charity Trees For Life, helping to deepen the forests of Britain.

Our Restaurant - We are open 7 days a week with disabled access. Children are welcome and smoking is prohibited.
